BD CRICKETERS DEMAND 11 POINTS

Bangladeshi Cricketers wants eleven change in their Cricket system,they demand eleven point in Bangladesh cricket board,here are demandable eleven points.

(1) Cricketers Welfare Association of Bangladesh (CWAB) president and secretary has to resign immediately.They do not responsible for  players and have not effective work for players.The players want choose who will become CWAB president and chairman by the election.

(2) The Dhaka Premier League has to go back to the previous system, such as how players used to deal with club officials which team they could play and how much their salary will be.They will be fixed it.

(3) Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) has to go back to the system of the previous years, when end of the Bango Bondhu Premier League. the salary of local players and international players should be a more balanced in salary structure. Also The players must be able to decide which grade belongs to they are.

(4) First-class cricketers Match fee should be 1 lakh Taka. Also Our salaries should be increased by 50 percent.

(5) Facilities like gym, indoor and ground,division practice facilities,traveling by air,quality of balls   etc must improve. Coach, physios and trainers must be appointed for the 12 months of the year

(6) The players who are handed national team central contracts must increase also their contracted salary must be increased.

(7) The local coaches, Bangladeshi umpires,physios and trainers,groundsmen must increase their salary.

(9) There should be a fixed calendar for the domestic league because the players can prepare for tournaments ago.

(10) Dhaka Premier League (DPL) salaries  must be paid on time.

(11) A player cannot play more than two franchise based tournaments in a year this rule must be rejected.
