INAUGURAL TOURNAMENT:

The 2007 ICC World T20 was the First T20 International cricket world championship, It was a very exciting moment because it was inauguaral T20 International cricket championship and started new era.

VENU AND TIME:

First T20 world cup contested in South Africa from 11 to 24 September 2007.All matches were played at the three grounds First one  Newlands Cricket Ground in cape town,Second one Kingsmead in Durban and last one Wanderers Stadium in johannesburg.

NUMBER OF TEAM: 

Twelve teams played in the thirteen day tournament,there are ten Test playing nations and the finalists of the 2007 (WCL) Division One tournament They are Kenya and Scotland.

WINNER TEAM:

The First T20 world cup champion team is India,they won the tournament, beating Pakistan in the final.last time lose the game Pakistan are very dissapoinetd.
